Thanks for taking the time to visit this tribute to my Uncle Vivian Sivyer.  This page has been set up to enable those who want to donate to RNIB in memory of my Uncle, Vivian Sivyer who has sadly passed away. He was totally blind his whole life but did not allow his disability to hold him back. He lived life to the full and had many an interesting story to tell of his life from childhood antics at the boarding school for blind where he was sent when he was six years old to his career as a piano tuner, a lifetime totalling 93 years. He was a gentleman, a proud man, generous and kind and an intelligent man with a great sense of humour who will leave a hole in his family and friends lives and will be so very much missed.   Vivien benefited from the RNIB in the form of equipment and audio books, and I know he would be proud to be giving something back.
